Parish Council Meetings : Agendas and Minutes

The quickest way to find agendas and minutes is to view our Council Meetings Calendar , where you will find all of the papers associated with each meeting linked to the calendar entry

[Click on the month and year you would like to view, and then press 'Go' - all relevant papers are towards the bottom of each screen.]

Agendas are published at least three working days ahead of the meeting and topics requiring a decision cannot be added to the agenda after the deadline and must wait for another meeting.

There are at present no formal Sub-Committees of the Parish Council - all meetings are full meetings of the Council, with all Councillors due to be present, if available.

A copy of all of the documents are also stored in our Document Management System where you can view Agendas, Minutes and other items collected together.
